1. Arso EE OÜ - Product batching and weighting line

The line includes a lifting conveyor with adjustable incline and semi-automatic batching complex.

Batching complex includes a fish elevator, equipped with a hydraulic extraction system of the conveyor from the tank, double distributing conveyor, weighing head, pneumatic roller table, roller conveyor.

The project is successfully implemented, equipment installed and working in Estonia.

2. Biedrība “Baltijas Zivsaimnieku apvienība” - Trays for fish storage

Set of stainless steel trays for fish storage. Also could be used for fish freezing.

3. SIA “Zvejnieku saimniecība IRBE” – Hydraulic container tippers with side loading

The brand new developement of our enterprise - first hydraulical container tippers with side loading, which were made in Latvia. This type of tippers can be used in rooms with a lack of space.

4. SIA “Karavela” – Set of equipment for the developement of fish processing

Includes several canning lines consisting of packing conveyors, oil, salt, spice feeders, and connecting the feeding conveyors.

Operations of all elements of the line are synchronized. The control of the new lines is connected to the control of the rest of the factory.

5. Biedrība “NZRO” – Fish salting line

Fully stocked line for the fish salting and manufacturing of preserves, begining from the container tipper and ending with the bins and sinks.

The line has two branches – depending on the infeed of fish (fresh or salt) line can work as salting line or as a line of dosing and packaging of preserved food fish.

The packing place includes plastic cap closing machine and marking device.

6. SIA “Roja F.C.T” – Fish stringing line and fish head and tail cutting machine

Fish stringing line includes a container tipper, fish elevator, equipped with electro-mechanical conveyor extraction system from the hopper, stringing conveyor with chairs , tables for storage and transport of skewers and a table to store the smoking frames.

Machine for cutting heads and tails is an integral part of any sprat line.

Our machine is also equipped with an outfeed conveyor for a semifinished product and device for cleaning the skewers.

7. SIA “Sudrablīnis” - Natural caviar processing line

The line consists of several cutting tables, auxillary tables-tanks for caviar soaking and washing, packing conveyor with scales, several connecting conveyors and rotating cumulative tables.

There are also tanks with mixing system in the line. Tanks are equipped with temperature control system and thermoisolation.

8. SIA “Sudrablīnis” – Set of tables and conveyors for the production of smoked fish products

The set includes tables with removable plastic tops and shelf from the bottom, and packing convevor, which connects two machines from other manufacturers.

The control system of our machine is synchronized with the paired machines.

9. SIA “Sudrablīnis” – Artificial caviar manufacturing line

In this line there are included stainless steel tables with scales for the control of production`s weight, tanks for the raw material preparation and mixing tanks with thermoisolation and temperature control system.

1. Arso EE OÜ – Semi-automatic fish primary processing complex

The complex consists of a line for fish reception and primary processing. The line starts with a hydraulic container tipper, which unloads the fish in the hopper of the fish elevator.

Fish elevator transports the fish to a roller type grading machine. The speed and efficiency of the grading machine are adjustable, adjustable is also a size of the graded fish.

Graded fish gets on cross-conveyors, which take fish from under the grading machine. A certain faction with a cross-conveyor goes to the elevating conveoyr with adjustable angle of elevation.

It takes the fish to a manual packing table, which has two working places with weights, areas for working and fish loading mechanism;.

2. Biedrība “Baltijas Zivsaimnieku apvienība” – Set of equipment for fish freezing

The set includes equipment for the fish preparation for freezing – automatic weight batcher, which batchs a portion of fish of a certain weight, trays for freezing, in which the fish is batched, various auxiliary stainless steel tables, tanks for equipment washing.

Also in this project has been upgraded filleting machine from Sweden – two outfeed elevating conveyors has been added to it, which control has been synchronized with the control of existing machine.

3. SIA “Karavela” – Defrostation camera

Airborne defrostation camera is designed for the maximally qualitative fish defrostation. In there are also included defrostation carts, which are designed according to the customer`s production specifics.

The line includes fish batcher with fish elevator with hopper and fish batcher with fish elevator with hopper, which is connected to fish grader by conveyor with adjustable elevating angle.

The line consists of two elevating conveyors with hoppers and double grading machine.

Type of grading - vibrations. The length of grading table - 6 m, total productivity - 20 t/h. Fish is coming from the grading machine on the cross-conveyors.

4. SIA “Salas Zivis” – Conveyor to packing machine etc.

Conveyor to packing machine, conveyor from batcher to vertical packing machine, elevating conveyor with special conveyor belt.

Our task was to organize product feeding to the machine of different producers, to connect different machines in one line.

The motion of our machine had to be syncronized with the motion of existing machines. One of the conveyors ir mobile and is equipped with removable working places.
